Adult Learning » English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)

Community ESOL Classes

ESOL learners benefit from improving their English in many ways. These include being able to understand important information, express opinions and ideas, meet people and make friends, increase employability, reducing isolation, integration into the community and improved health and wellbeing.

Community Language & Learning Support Workers

Our support workers are here to help you to settle into life in the Highlands. We can offer advice and practical support to help you navigate the process of making the Highlands your new home. This might include help with form filling, help with telephone calls, help making or attending appointments and learning about services in your local area.

We also host special events and cultural activities for speakers of other languages. Our Migrant & ESOL Hubs are available to drop in with no appointment necessary.
