Take aim, breathe, relax and learn to be an effective archer indoors or outside.
A great activity for any budding Robin Hood involving skill and self-control.
Learn from our own Bear Grylls and build a shelter, light a fire without matches, and cook on an open
fire.

31 March 2020: Canoeing Skills, Booking code (002898INHS)
Come and learn to paddle in canoes safely.
The day will consist of paddling skill acquisition and journeying skills.
We will go on a Journey, learn some basic navigation, look at safety whilst using the canal and play lots of games.
Come have a fun day out on the water

Are you aged 15 or under and looking for a fun and exciting award while developing
your kayak skills?
HLH are proud to offer the BCU Paddlepower Award.
You can work your way through the different skill levels one after the other, or start at
the level you or your coach feel suits you best.
During each level you will learn a variety of kayaking skills and take part in challenges to improve your knowledge – all in a fun flexible way.
This is a two day course and both days must be booked.
This course will take place at Whin Park, with possible progression onto the canal.
This is a water based activity. All instruction and equipment provided, please bring a change of
clothing and a towel.
03 April 2020: Weaseling and Bush craft, Booking code (002903INHS)
Come on an adventurous day out scrambling, sliding, slithering and exploring the tunnels and chambers in the stable boulders at Dunchailtag.
The group will be led on a journey with various squeezes and scramble challenges.
This can be combined with rock climbing or bushcraft for a full day out.
