High Life Highland is hosting an Open Day at Invergordon Leisure Centre next week where both highlife members and non-members have the opportunity to try out the wide range of equipment, facilities, and group fitness classes on offer.
The Open Day on Saturday 9th November is completely free and offers something for everyone! There will be aqua aerobics and racket sports as well as a range of group classes to experience including pilates, Zumba, indoor cycling and body pump. For those interested in the gym there will be induction sessions happening throughout the day as well as a dedicated teen gym session.
Children coming along can take part in football, multi sports and boccia sessions and for older members of the community, there will be the opportunity to try out some of the health and wellbeing classes such as Otago.
