The view from Inverness Castle Viewpoint was enjoyed by more than 2,200 visitors over the past two weekends.
Operators High Life Highland decided to run the two open weekends to allow more people to enjoy the view and help as part of their New Year resolutions to keep fit.
The second weekend coincided with the start of the Snowman Rally from the Townhouse and provided Rally fans with an opportunity to enjoy the view.
High Life Highland also gave away a year’s family membership for any of their leisure centres to encourage people to make their way to the top.
All you had to do was post a selfie at the top on social media and comment on the number of steps it took you to get there.
The winner of the competition was Laura Mackenzie who is pictured with her daughter at the top of Inverness Castle Viewpoint.
