These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by taking part all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Eligibility to enter
Competition entries are open to residents who live in the UK, whose home address has a postcode beginning with IV, PH or KW only and who are aged sixteen (16) or older at the time of entry. (Under 18’s may need parental consent if they are a winner)
To avoid perceptions of impropriety or foul play all High Life Highland Employees and their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners, regardless of where they live) of High Life Highland, their agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
Open and closing dates
Start and End Dates will be published on highlifehighland.com. Any entries received before / after these dates will not be valid.

Draw details and winner announcement. Within 7 working days of the competition end date, one winner will be selected at random by High Life Highland. They will be contacted personally (as soon as possible and at least within 30 days of the end date)
We will only accept entries that comply with our terms and conditions and we may disqualify you if we know or suspect that you have breached them.
Our decision on the selection of the winner is final and we won’t engage in any correspondence or discussion about this or about the operation of this competition.
High Life Highland is not responsible for any network or technical issues you experience, such as latency of your mobile phone network, which may delay or prevent your participation.
High Life Highland has the right to cancel, amend, terminate or suspend competitions if forced to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
Entries are limited to one per person.
Entrants must have access to the internet and an email account.
The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
High Life Highland reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value in unforeseen circumstances.
