We build the foundations for a healthy and active lifestyle with our fun range of children’s activities. Catering for pre-school, primary and secondary school ages most sessions are free to All Inclusive High Life members and come highly recommended by parents and participants alike.

We also have some sports specific opportunities in partnership with active schools and sports development, these affordable sessions are either free or *discounted for High Life members.

NURSERY BALLET

For boys and girls, it’s big steps, little steps, hop, skip and jump, learning the basics of ballet dance with a finale performance at end of each block

MINI KICKERS  

Our number one aim is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for your child to improve their football skills and to develop their confidence as well as have great fun!   Skills include dribbling, shooting, passing and ball mastery.

BALLET

Developing the ballet dance and movement skills to improve co-ordination and enhance performance.

FOOTBALL

Encouraging good teamwork, communication, practicing football skills and drills including passing, dribbling and shooting.  Finishing off with tournament style matches re-enforcing fair play and technique.

FIT KIDS PERFORMANCE

Focusing on the 5 components of fitness through game related fitness activities.  Ideal way for children performing in sports teams or individual sports to improve agility, speed, co-ordination, endurance and flexibility in a fun way.

FIT KIDS PLAY

Fun games aimed at improving all components of fitness and skills needed to participate in sports.  Kids will feel energised, active and motivated to move, move, move.

NETBALL

It’s catch, pass and shoot with this fast paced team game.  Learn individual skills, tactics and the laws of the game.

SHINTY

Encouraging good teamwork and communication develop stick skills including passing, blocking and shooting.

*TENNIS

Active Schools entry level activity will teach racquet handling, ball skills and how to serve. Do we have the next Andy Murray?

TEEN GYM

At a vital stage in life, 12 to 15 year olds are encouraged to take on a lifelong healthy lifestyle, under instruction from our coaches teens will have the opportunity to become familiar with the fitness suite and experience gym programmes. Teen gym will actively improve fitness levels and confidence through the use of body weight exercises, cardio vascular equipment and fun fitness challenges.
