ADULT FITNESS CLASSES:
BARBELL
A weighted workout dedicated towards improving technique in multiple compound lifts and supporting exercises.
CIRCUITS
A total body conditioning mix of cardio and muscular endurance using high intensity interval training stations.
INDOOR CYCLING
Stationary group cycle class, control your resistance and effort through the ride, experience hills, flats & sprints designed to build strength and endurance.
YOGA/PILATES
A system of positional exercise to improve all components of fitness and promote overall wellbeing.
CORE CONDITIONING
A class of abdominal work that focuses on toning and defining the abs while strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength.
BODYPUMP
A fast-paced, barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body. Age 16+
AQUA CIRCUITS
The class is split into smaller groups to complete different exercises each, before moving on to a different type of workout. In this class, you’ll use floats and weights to help build muscle tone and stamina, while other elements will be focused on cardiovascular exercises.
AQUA FIT
Fun, Energetic Class suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. A typical aqua aerobics class will include: a short warm-up to get your body used to the water and your muscles ready for exercise. cardiovascular exercises to get your heart pumping, such as jogging, leg kicks, body twists, arm stretches, and other balancing exercises.
DYNAMIC WELLBEING
The class focuses on what people are physically able to do rather than the health condition they have been diagnosed with, providing a holistic and inclusive programme which will enable improved physical and mental health outcomes.
KIDS CLASSES:
GYMNASTICS CLASSES
For primary age children. Classes are spilt for P1- P3 and P4-P7, Thursday and Friday nights, suitable for all levels and abilities.
DANCE CLASSES
Fun, Energetic Class suitable for all abilities. For primary age children. Classes are spilt for P1- P3 and P4-P7 Friday nights in the game’s hall.
DODGEBALL
Dodgeball is a team game in which players must dodge or catch balls thrown by the opposition whilst attempting to strike their opponents in the same way. For children 7-12 years old, on Friday nights 17:00-17:45.
