This area offers 6 Technogym ™ cardiovascular stations, a concept2 rower and 4 weight and resistance training stations.

Our cardio-equipment (treadmills etc.) is fully equipped with Technogym Unity consoles. These touch screen consoles offer amazing potential to improve your training, keeping things interesting and challenging. For those more interested in distracting themselves from ‘exercise’ you can now play games or watch TV. You can also listen to your favourite music on your iPhone or iPod.

We have gained a Dual Action Pulley. The DAP is a functionally versatile piece of strength training equipment. It is a thousand tools in one! Height and weight can be varied, and as it comes with many attachments, its only limitation being your imagination.

The Element+ Chest Press and Low Row are fitted with a seat that can easily be moved, to allow access for wheelchair users. The additional handgrips on the chest press, allow the machine to be used without exerting the shoulders. The DAP can also be used by wheelchair users.

With the Element+ Leg Press Inclusive you can be sure that your body is always kept in the correct position throughout the motion. The seat can be regulated from both sides and all the numberings on the product are tactile.
It’s our goal to help you use the gym safely and efficiently, so before you start, you’ll need a simple gym induction with one of our friendly instructors. We’ll show you how to use the equipment safely and explain its benefits. If you already use another High Life gym, a fast track induction is available.
