High Life Highland Campaigns & Promotions Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions relating to High Life Highland’s School’s Out Summer Giveaways, July and August 2024.

Eligibility

• Giveaways open to highlife All-Inclusive and Budget members.
• Minimum of two School’s Out activities must be attended each week to be entered into the weekly prize draw.
• The winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries each week
• Entrants must be under 16 years of age.
• Not eligible to participate in the promotion are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the campaign, employees of High Life Highland  and their immediate family members. 
• The winners parent/guardian will be contacted by email and/or phone and required to confirm they accept and meet the terms and conditions prior to accepting the prize. In the event of a winner declining, an alternative winner will be selected.
• Upon accepting, the winners must agree to the publication of their child’s name for the announcement of the winner on High Life Highland’s social media platforms and to participate in any publicity around winning the prize.

General

• The prizes are not financially redeemable and cannot be transferred or refunded.
• High Life Highland reserves the right to refuse any application.
• High Life Highland reserves the right to replace the offer listed with one of similar value.
• High Life Highland reserves the right to review the terms and conditions at any point and to make reasonable changes.
• High Life Highland expressly reserves the right to terminate the offer without prior announcement and without providing any reasons.
• The use of any personal data shall be in accordance with High Life Highland’s Leisure Membership Privacy Notice.

Prize Draw Period

• Week 1: 1st to 7th July 2024: Prize draw on the 8th July 2024  
• Week 2: 8th to 14th July 2024: Prize draw on the on 15th July 2024  
• Week 3: 15th to 21st July 2024: Prize draw on the 22nd July 2024 
• Week 4: 22nd to 28th July 2024: Prize draw on the 29th July 2024  
• Week 5: 29th to 4th August 2024: Prize draw on the 5th July 2024  
• Week 6: 5th to 11th August 2024: Prize draw on the 12th August 2024  
• Week 7: 12 to 18th August 2024: Prize draw on the 19th August 2024   

Terms and Conditions relating to High Life Highland’s 10 Days for £10 Offer, June 2024.

Offer

• A 10 day membership for £10, valid for redemption between 1st June and 30th June 2024.
• The offer is valid for 10 consecutive days.
• The offer must be claimed at your local highlife leisure facility.
• The offer is valid at participating highlife leisure facilities.
• Facilities and amenities may vary based on location.

Eligibility

• The offer is available to persons over 16 years old.
• The offer is only available to Highland residents.
• The offer is only redeemable once per person.
• The offer is not financially redeemable and cannot be transferred or refunded.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.
• The offer is only available on an individual memership basis.

General

• School’s Out activities, Inverness Leisure’s Health Suite, Personal Training and learn to swim lessons are not included within the offer.
• All-inclusive booking conditions apply.

• A 7-Day Free Pass, valid for redemption between 22nd March and 31st May 2024.
• The offer is valid for 7 consecutive days.
• The offer must be claimed using the online registration form.
• The offer is valid at participating highlife leisure facilities.
• Facilities and amenities may vary based on location.

Eligibility

• The offer is available to persons over 18 years old.
• The offer is only available to Highland residents.
• The offer is only redeemable once per person.
• The offer is not financially redeemable and cannot be transferred.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.

General

• Personal Training and learn to swim lessons are not included within the offer.

Terms and Conditions relating to High Life Highland’s 18th Birthday Offer.

Offer

• One month free individual highlife membership.
• The offer will run from 1st August 2023.

Eligibility

• The offer is only available to existing highlife all-inclusive members within a family membership when they turn 18 years of age.
• The offer is only available to Highland residents.
• The offer is only redeemable once.
• The offer is not financially redeemable and can not be transferred.
