Do you know a colleague or a team within High Life Highland that excels in Making Life Better? This is your opportunity to celebrate their commitment by nominating them for an award!
The awards provide all employees, volunteers, partners and you, the public, with a wonderful opportunity to honour and acknowledge the exceptional performance, dedication, and skill demonstrated by individuals and teams in all our services at High Life Highland.
Nomination Criteria
The i-care Employee Awards are designed around High Life Highland’s purpose of ‘Making Life Better’. Nominations for individuals and/or teams should ideally be based around the accompanying i-care people values; Integrity, Community, Accountability, Respect and Example.
When making your nomination via our nomination web page, you will find a detailed criteria for each award.
Nominations are open until 18th July 2024, but please don’t delay in getting your nomination sent in.

Our biggest asset is our people and so we have a set of i-care values that collectively allows us to achieve our purpose of Making Life Better.
