Cardiac Rehabilitation

Here at Inverness Leisure we have 5 qualified cardiac rehabilitation instructors who work in connection with the NHS to provide specific exercise classes for those recovering from a cardiac event or living with a cardiac condition.

Our classes currently run on the following days/times:

Thursdays – 10:00-12:00

Friday – 10:00-12:00
