The award winning author, Flora Fraser, recently published the biography Pretty Young Rebel on the life of Scottish heroine, Flora MacDonald. The book follows Flora’s incredible story, including her involvement in smuggling the Stuart prince Bonnie Prince Charlie to the Isle of Skye to evade government troops. A tale of adventure and daring, wit and charm, struggle and survival, Flora Fraser is well versed in Jacobite history and will be giving an illustrated talk followed by a short Q&A session.
