Family drop-in sessions with Andrew Newton

Andrew Newton, retired NHS Consultant, Re-enactor and friend of the museum, dons his avatar – Marcus the Medicus – to chat about Roman medicine, science, technology and industry.  Andrew will deliver a talk every hour on the hour, with the opportunity ask questions afterward, and get interactive with some object handling.  Suitable for all ages. Drop-in, no booking required.  There is no charge, donations gratefully received.
