highlife Falls Prevention Classes, in partnership with NHS Highland, work to support people across the Highlands to reduce their of falling.
The exercise classes are delivered by trained highlife leisure teams, designed to improve strength and balance and support people at risk of falling.
No health professional refferal is required and the classes are available for anyone to join online or face-to-face.
