We are delighted to have Dr Hugh Dan MacLennan and Norman Macdonald present illustrated talks focussing on the key Skye personalities who contributed to shinty at a national level. Those featured in the presentation by Dr Hugh Dan MacLennan will include Peter M Macleod, John ‘the Kaid’ Maclean and Roderick Boyd; while Norman Macdonald will focus on the Skye men who became Chiefs and Presidents of the Camanachd Association.
There is no charge to attend the event and there will also be an opportunity to see our current exhibition: ‘Celebrating 125 Years of Skye Camanachd’.
